Okay, the General has insisted that I begin to post the facts on
ACTFAP (american conspiracy of thieves, frauds, and perjurors)
a.k.a. ASCAP, so here goes: Point ONE: the survey, 99.9%
error!!! You read right, the survey MISSES 99.9% of all
performances of their member's works. Details? My review board
testimony before ASCAP, Sept 1998, Dr. Peter Boyle testifying,
ASCAP's 'expert' on the 'survey' that determines who gets paid and
who doesn't. I submitted the 5000 radio stations that VMG
distributed my works to. Total not in survey at all: 4400...that's
88% NOT SURVEYED AT ALL! Remaining 600 radio stations: nobody
surveyed more than 3 days per year (that's less than 3 of 365
days=less than 1%. Total radio error, greater than
99.9% TELEVISION: Only ABC, NBC, and CBS in survey AT ALL. I
submitted the satellite roster of 20 satellites of 24 stations
each-480 total. NONE ARE IN SURVEY! Again only 3 of over 483
stations currently in the US market in the survey. Total TV error:
greater than 99%. CLUB/CONCERT/GENERAL Market: I questioned DR
Boyle: Here's my 1995 fall contract on the Celebrity Cruise Lines,
you collected performance royalties from them. Please tell the board
what songs I played. He couldn't, and HAD TO explain that the club,
concert and general markets are NOT SURVEYED AT ALL. 100% error.
Total error of all three parts of the survey: greater than 99.98%!
Next question: then you collected all these royalties under the
FALSE PRETENSES that they would go to the artist whose works are
being performed, with ABSOLUTELY NO INTENTION of even ascertaining
whose works were being performed, nor fairly paying the members.
Hence the F letter in ACTFAP. The Thievery-the letter T in
ACTFAP. Fact, testimony of Ross Charap, ESQ ACTFAP Sr ATTY and Dir
of Legal AFFAIRS: 45,000 ASCAP members do not get paid at all, nor
can they vote on board members, nor review board members: whose
membership is totally selected OF the thieves, BY the thieves, and
FOR the thieves.By ACTFAP rules, approved by the Federal Judge in
their back pocket (The C, for Conspiracy in ACTFAP)the ONLY recourse
for members not being paid is to go before the review board, (solely
elected from the thieves, by the thieves and for the thieves),
thence to the American Arbitration Assn, where, wonder of wonders,
the resume of EACH AND EVERY AVAILABLE ARBITRATOR states that they
are ASCAP affiliated, and also OF the thieves, By the thieves, and
For the thieves. Third: the P in ACTFAP, which stands for
perjury. In NO COURT in the land, has ASCAP EVER told the judges
that this total violation of the due process and jury of our peers
clauses of the Constitution is the result of a judge following the
precedents, and sending cases to the ACTFAP review board, thence to
the American Arbitration ASSN. So, what't the solution? Live TAX
FREE as a result of each and every recording released through VMG.
Tax cases: IRS vs Al Capone, IRS vs John Gotti, and dozens of others
state the rule of law clearly; Stolen property (your performance
royalties, stolen by ACTFAP or BMI, or SESAC)are FULLY TAXABLE TO
THE THIEVES AS INCOME! Merely figure your amount of stolen royalties
and send out 1099's to the ACTFAP president, each board member, the
chief operations office, and of course, the thieving
shysterologist-atty for the thieves, who makes all this scam and
conspiracy possible. THE AMOUNT OF DAMAGES: ASCAP's own testimony
in my case showed that these 5000 stations on the VMG radio
distribution list, pay ACTFAP 27 million per year, or 2.25 million
per month=250,000 per month. If you have ONE SONG in the playlist,
or on the chart of those stations, you are entitled to claim a BAD
DEBT TAX WRITE OFF of 1%, or 22,500 EVERY MONTH that your song
charts! Simply add up all the months, divide by the number of board
members and officers, and send EACH a 1099. I always triple the
share for the three SENIOR officers: president, chief operations
officer, and shysterologist, then divide the remainder equally among
all the remaining board members. NOTE: the IRS has yet to overturn
the first 1099 and CANT, because they'd have to free John Gotti, and
hundreds of mobsters gotten for tax evasion. USE THE IRS FORM:
1099-Misc and list each person's name under the payee, address as
One LINCOLN PLAZA< NY NY. List the amount in the block for: NON
EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION and in the note or memo section of the 1099,
state the reason as stolen performances royalties of ASCAP
member-your name or acct number. Deduct it on either Schedule A or C
under casualty loss and bad debts. You may take partial amounts of
your total loss over 5 years. Thus one hit record can make you tax
free for five years. Just release two tunes per decade for a tax
free ride, courtesy of America's $400 million per year scam: ACTFAP!
Yes, that's the minimum take on ASCAP's royalty scam every year
since 1995. The other part is to regularly send document of your
performances and non payment notices from ACTFAP to the Anti trust
division of the US Attorney General's office in Washington, DC.
Ostensibly, they are the ones supposed to be policing these national
scam artists. Yeah, right!

now everybody that's bored, log onto ASCAP.org or ASCAP.com
(whichever it is), get their e-mails and email this post to
everybody in site. Then do it AGAIN to the Anti trust division of
the US ATTY Gen's office in Wash. D.C.. Then do it AGAIN to the
judge of the Federal Court, Southern District of New York, with
subject line as "your impeachment justification". Then round four to
your nearest US Senator and US Representative with the subject line:
'Please initiate impeachment proceedings on this court for
perpetrating this $400 million dollar per year FRAUD on the American
public! There's only ONE way to fight this gang... where it hurts
the most. I want everyone of them to see this post and know damned
well that they cant sue me, nor the general for libel and slander.
WHY? Truth is a COMPLETE DEFENSE to the charge!
